Following the success of the Mk1 Shiva, Flexifoil is proud to present the Shiva 3D. The Shiva 3D is the result of a great collaboration between our design & wave riding team. The Shiva 3D offers unparalleled ease of use, effortless relaunch, incredible turning speeds and huge wind ranges, as well as legendary Flexifoil build quality. This year Flexifoil upgraded the inflation & deflation valve setup and the one-pump system. The connection tubes between the struts and leading edge bladder have been completely redesigned.

We integrated a new bridle and pulley configuration. Our new bridle set up allows for a greater input into the sail with less input on the bar. This gives a more controlled feeling to the turn. Also we have changed the leading edge and wing tip profiles on the smaller sizes to stiffen up the leading edge section between the toggle points for a more direct and positive feel when powered.

The Shiva 3D has light bar pressure, which takes the work out of riding but still gives you amazing feedback through the bar. It’s super stable qualities and user friendliness let you concentrate on your riding and push your limits on the water. This year we modified the wing tip profile, which increases stability compared with the previous Shiva.

The kite produces good lift, which freeriders and freestylers will love, but maintains all of the characteristics necessary to make it a great kite for wave riding. We have worked hard to make this kite turn very quickly for its size, which is essential to good wave riding performance. All this gives the Shiva 3D an amazing amount of depower which keeps you in control as you are flying down the wave. The profile of our hybrid design allows the kite to drift downwind when you turn towards it, and delivers smooth, predictable power during smooth loops down the line.

Its not only the ease of use and performance that make this kite stand out from the other hybrid kites on the market, but also the new, fresh, 4 - colour graphics which make the Shiva 3D the state of the art kite that it is today.
