Jalou Langeree Pretty stoked to be back on my feet after dealing with Covid-19. I was out for about a week, luckily I wasn’t feeling to sick. Although the recovery is a slow process. I’m taking it easy on kiting and all my other sports as I feel so exhausted in no time. Which is pretty hard to accept, but it’s needed. Listening to my body is so important but has never been an easy task for me. Im proud of myself that I’m learning to listen to the signals and accepting what is. One day I’ll get it. Hanglos wenst Jalou een voorspoedig herstel !
