With that energetic attitude, we’re excited to announce the launch of our 2016 foil program, featuring three foils and highlighted by kiteboarding’s first graduated-length mast system, which we’ve trademarked Foiling Flight School.

Through Foiling Flight School, kiters will have access to three different masts of incremental lengths (15, 24 and 30 inch), in addition to the full size 35.5-inch mast that comes stock with our newly-developed Hoverglide NF2 foil. By starting short and working up to a full-size mast, kiters who utilize this program are guaranteed to learn to foil faster and with less pain and frustration than with any other setup.

Thanks to the Hover Glide’s aluminum and composite construction, the supplemental masts are extremely durable and are priced competitively in the market. Masts can be purchased individually for shallow water use or as a discounted package for Foiling Flight School.

For dealers, this is an invaluable sales tool, as it sets Slingshot apart from the competition and makes the decision easy for the many consumers who have the desire to foil but may be intimidated by the learning process.

Also for 2016, we’re launching two other foils: the foil-aficionado’s wet dream- the sleek and stealthy all-carbon Silencer NF2 - and our popular, tried and trusted all-around weapon of choice, the Lift NF2. For foil boards, we’re continuing with the popular Alien Air platform and are introducing two versions of the new Dwarf Craft board (42 inch and 54 inch). All three boards are compatible with all three foils and include Slingshot’s popular adjustable track system for added user customization.
