Built on our ultra-stable QIP Platform with an optimized front bridle, Aquila features no-stall characteristics and re-launches automatically with minimal rider line tension. Bar pressure is light to zero, depending on the bridle setting chosen.

Aquila can be rigged in either free-ride or freestyle mode via a simple bridle adjustment:

Freeride: In this mode the kite is ultra-comfortable with next to zero bar pressure, flies further forward into the window, gliding upwind with ease, and features smooth power development. Riders that use Aquila in freeride mode are pleasantly surprised by the kite's extreme maneuverability and lack of bar pressure.

Freestyle: Setup this way, the Aquila flies centered in the window, has increased hang time, increased bar pressure, improved feedback, powerful turns, and loops aggressively. Advanced riders that use Aquila in freestyle mode will be impressed by this kite's acrobatic capabilities, particularly when un-hooked, despite the relatively light bar pressure.
