Billy Parker is the all-American hero. When he’s out riding, people stop what they’re doing to watch.

He’s the oldest competitor in this field, but he’s in the shape of his life and remains one of the most humble riders on the beach. Billy was unfortunate to be voted out in the quarter finals two years ago, in an incredibly tight decision against Andries Fourie, after putting together one of the most diverse heats in the contest.

He knows the game this year, and will be bringing as much ‘extreme’ as anyone, but mixing it with a calculated, clean and all-round big air prowess. You can be sure that Billy will give it both barrels once again.

“As far back as I can remember, I have had a passion for the ocean, animals, and all of nature. Being outdoors has always given me inspiration, peace and the drive to want to see more, and travel further. Nothing has helped me fulfil this lifestyle more than watersports, kiteboarding especially.”
