Unfortunatly this is not the first time I hear of this happening at Brouwersdam.
I never worry about leaving my kite on the beach.
Not on any beach in NL and not in places like Tarifa or Cape town.
But at Brouwersdam, I am more carefull.
I'm afraid that the mix of Germans, Dutch speaking Belgium's, French speaking Belgium's, French people and Dutch people from different parts of the country, makes people think they can get away with it.
