Ocean2air have been working with local Durban surfboard shaper Clayton Neinaber since late 2007 in developing a kitesurfboard that would stand up to the harsh surf conditions experienced along the KZN coast. Besides being strong and durable the boards also needed to perform. Clayton Kitesurfboards are now fully tested and developed and customs boards are now available through Ocean2air.

Clayton started shaping in 1994 and served his apprenticeship at Safari Surfboards, where he learnt every detail of surfboard design from spraying to shaping. He was then tutored by Baron Stander where he honed his shaping skills and started testing new shapes and designs on his own personal surfboards.
