Flat 3 is a 360 rotation with a handle pass. Here you have, step by step, some tips that worked for me:
- use a small wave as a kicker
- unhook before kicking the wave and jump downwind so you feel there is no power on the lines.
- keep the bar close to your body (low back)
- when landing keep going downwind
