Standard BOW kite positives:
• Excellent depower• Good upwind ability
• Simple safety
• Good for just cruising, wave riding and jumping
Standard BOW kite negatives:
• Very heavy bar pressure• No feel (you loose track of the kite in the sky, especially during jumps)
• Complicated and confusing bar system• Poor for freestyle tricks due to lack of feel, and pop
• Safety didn’t always disable the kite• Kites could invert when the safety was released
