Tom Court legt de Frontside 360 uit.
In this episode of Tricks of the Trade I go back to basics with this frontside 360 whilst hooked in. This skill is meant to teach you how to keep your centre of balance vertical whilst you are rotating. This is key to landing your first handle passes and developing the skills for unhooked flat rotations.
