Progression spent a day down at the cable park in South Africa with 5 times world champion Aaron Hadlow. As well as capturing some awesome footage Aaron also talked about how riding the cable can help with kitesurfing, giving some great advice about getting started and what kind of kit you need.

All you need to do now is to find out where your local park is and give it a go!
