with patented Side Cut Concave bottom shape

The Hein 126.7, 129 & 134 boards have a surf board inspired Single to Double concave. This bottom shape has the same design elements of Hein"s patented Side Cut Concave enhanced with a double concave that starts under foot and accelerates out the tips. This allows the rocker to be a little flatter down the middle so the board maintains even more speed through the light spots. Even with this increase in light wind performance, Hein"s Side Cut Concave still ensures that this board will carve a smooth turn at any speed. A single to double concave has many proven benefits for wake and wave riding like softer landings from the spine of the double concave splitting the water surface to direct water outwards. This also helps penetrate and smooth out chop. Single to double concave is the de-facto bottom shape for all high performance surf shortboards and this shape really shines down the line.

.

These models also benefit from Hein"s newest outline curves which feature wider tips for a little fatter look. Overall width was increased less to maintain good control while edging. This new outline delivers more pop at slower speeds while using smaller kites and also provides superb light wind performance with larger kites. A wide stance and thin rail allows control when powered. These boards also feature Hein"s patented low drag Thin Fin technology.

.

Thin, soft ABS rails taper down from the deck to a simple and smooth hand tuned rounded profile that penetrates well and won"t slice skin. Much lower drag than the boxy hard edges and seams found on production boards.

Hein boards are on-the-water tested, 3D computer designed and CNC manufactured custom-production molded epoxy kiteboards with seamless ABS rails, Divinycell PVC structural cores. Super tough skin laminates are engineered with a combination of biax, triax, woven and optional carbon reinforcement fibers, with Texalium for looks.

Multiple 1/4-20 threaded inserts will accommodate straps or plates and allow for a wide range of stance width and angle adjustments. 490-600 mm (19.5-23.5 in) c/c with Hein Plates. Designed and manufactured in the Gorge, USA. Tested everywhere kiterboarders ride.

Sizes: 127x40, 129x41 with Custom outlines from 126 to 129
weight: under 6.0 lbs (2.7 kg) complete. Shipped ready to ride! 120 days limited warranty

Dat waren de 2004 misfits toch... 119 en 122? Deze ziet er trouwens wel gruwelijk uit! Zou ik ook welleens willen testen...
