The Ministry of Transport in Canada is looking to make it mandatory for kiteboarders to wear PFDs in Canada!

Kiteboarders and windsurfers are the only group being required to wear a PFD.

What do you think? For or against it?

My personal opinion is, its not wrong to protect your self from drowning, there are good solutions like a impactvest, or thin PFD's you can wear under your shirt or wetsuite.

If it becomes mandatory that is abviously gonna be the question; what is a certified PFD?

In the time that me and some friend wakeboarding behind my boat, i forced friends to wear them,
