Again another day of top action. The first rounds of the men went pretty smooth, except for some big names that went out in that round. Jaime Herraiz (ESP) was not in top shape, though he’s been ripping free sailing he did not pull a good heat together and lost from Cool Skin rider Christiaan Brouwer (NED).
David Tyburski (USA) competed against Jose Luengo (ESP), both very good riders with loads of power in their riding; Dave crashed a bit more than Jose and lost. The same scenario happened with Will James, he didn’t land as much as Clinton Bolton and lost too. Yuri Zoon (NED) advanced together with Mallory de la Villemarque (ESP) to the second round, after winning from Reinier Korstanje (NED) and Sander Lenten (NED).
Abel Lago (ESP) had not his usual mojo going either, he broke his kite after he crashed it several times and lost from Rafael Almeida (BRA). Marc Ramseier on a mission after winning from Fernando Moreno (ESP) and Rolf Van der Vlugt (NED) in the first and second round. Marc has been riding very stylish (as always though) with a lot of power in the kite.
