A man kitesurfing in the ensanada of Valdevaqueros, within the town of Tarifa, has drowned whilst entangled in his kite lines, as reported by the emergency service coordination 112.
Sobre las 15.30 horas, el 112 fue alertado de que un hombre se encontraba inconsciente en esta playa tarifeña, por lo que se desplazó hasta el lugar una dotación del servicio sanitario 061, Guardia Civil y Protección Civil.
At about 15.30, the 112 was alerted that a man was unconscious at this location, a team from the health service, Civil Guard and Civil Protection we dispatched
The man was treated by doctors on the scene, who could only certify his death. Sources have indicated that so far the identity of the man is unknown and the Policia Judicial and Guarda Civil have opened an investigation.
