Just to clarify: we do also pay our instuctor for the lessons given to clients 
The instructor is paid by the lesson. The income is not much at all but just to give you an idea: in November (not a busy period) our instructor started on Nov 7 and during that month he earned approx 550 euros.
Also: we provide food (lunch) and drinks (within reasonable limits) for free.
