I did my kite-surfing course in April and I would like to meet up with people to practice together in the area of

the Hague. Are there any other beginners who would like to practice in the Hague? I could start in mid-September and would like to practice as often as possible.

I'd like to advice you to practice at Oostvoorne (Autostrand), or when you've become at an intermediate level you can try the Zandmotor near Kijkduin.
In general the spots near The Hague (like Scheveningen) are not suitable for beginners.
