"The Vodacom 4U Kiteboard World Cup takes place from 22 - 28 September at Suncoast Beach, Durban's latest entertainment complex and casino. The venue opens out onto the warm Indian Ocean where we will be enjoying all the fun in the sun over this very event full week. The riders, officials, sponsors, dignitaries and media will be welcomed by his worship the Mayor of Durban Councillor Obed Mlaba at a civic reception in the Durban City Hall. The action on the beach will consist of excellent kiteboarding at South Africa's premier kiteboarding beach with loads of fun and games provided by our sponsors. The evenings will consist of parties and fashion shows as well as a gambling evening. You will be staying at the Riverside Hotel which overlooks the Indian Ocean and one of our major Rivers the Umgeni, home of the Duzi Canoe Marathon.
South African riders are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the international riders from the Kiteboard pro World Tour and are ready to take them on in the battle for the top honour.
