Portugal Cancelled
It’s with deep regret that KSP announces that the event at Guincho Beach, Portugal is officially cancelled.
The promoters were unable to stage the event due to personal reasons and the economic situation in Portugal.
It’s hoped that the event will return in 2014.
KSP World Tour manager Terry McKenna explains.
“ It’s a real loss to the KSP World Tour, especially after it topped our recent Facebook poll of the MOST wanted venues on tour”.
“ Losing events is a common theme for a lot of associations in 2014 as the global economic crisis tightens its grip on sporting sponsorships,” he added.
The Canary Islands will now be the first event of the 2014 season and details are being finalized as we speak for this inaugural competition.
Stay tuned for more details soon.
