The first episode of 'Lew's World Tour' starts in Taiwan - 'The Heart of Asia'. I go on the search for top kitesurfing conditions and a taste of the local culture. During my visit the Kiteboard Tour Asia put on Taiwan's first ever kiteboarding event.
