CAM BATTENS are North"s latest development to increase the performance of the Rhino06. According to North the kite has lots of more hangtime and they created a mixture of the hangtime of the Rhino02 and the turning speed, depower and lift of the Rhino05.

North 5th Element has been redone and changes been made to the bar. The bar is now straight and still comes as one size. But it is adjustable like before, but the maximum lenght is now only 52cm. According to North you don"t need a longer bar, since the kites turn very well.
New is the IRON HEART, a new quick release which releases according to North on a force of 400kg with only 8kg and at 0 force with 3.5 kg. These are excellent values for a quick release.
New is the VARIO CLEAT which is on one side the depower cleat and on the other side it adjusts the depower lenght. Find lots of pictures and official North info here

Bij Wipika had je gewoon een clamcleat moeten nemen van een maatje groter (ie 4-8mm ipv 3-6mm)
of dunner touw depowertouw. Bleek daarmee na >1 jaar kiten 100% opgelost.
SS gebruikt nog steeds clamcleats....
