Nog steeds geen wind in Canada, maar volgens guru gaat het waaien de komende dagen...
Riders had most of day 3 off from the Rendez-Vous Aventure “Coup de Monde PKRA de Kiteboarding 2005†competition. The wind never rose to the level needed to have an official start. It was, however, perfect weather to enjoy some of the activities the Iles de la Madeleine has to offer. The organizers planned a fun excursion to nearby Gros-Cap for cliff diving and sea swimming. Gros-Cap is known for its magnificent red cliffs and caves dotted along the coastline. Riders such as Gail Zaccai and Katjiya Roose jumped from about 7 meters and a few, such as Kevin Langeree, Rui Meira and Janek Korycki braved as much as 12 meters. Others took the time to catch up on rest, lie in the sun or relax, play chess and write email back at the hotel...
