Altavista vertaling:

The last meeting day of the PKRA Kiteboarding World Cups on Fuerteventura started with more delay. Only towards the afternoon with six wind forces the second round of hang time was started.

And like the last day Spanian Abel Lago showed the longest jump, this time only scarcely under the 8-Second-Border.

With 7.81 seconds it won the hang time competition on Fuerteventura before Chris Gilbert, which could improve his place from the day before with 7.67 seconds. Third became the British Aaron Hadlow with 7.56 seconds.

With the women Swiss Fiona Wedenig improved her achievement of the last day and defended with 6.47 seconds her first place. It missed the current hang time world record of the American Julie Gilbert (6.48 seconds) only around one hundredth of a second.

The English Andreya Wharry and Ingrid Koellbichler from Austria divide the second place with 4.80 seconds. Kristin Bad from Werder in Berlin landed as best Germans with 4.72 seconds at place four. Susi May became fifth with 4.52 seconds, Petra Goeschl from land hat became with 4.04 seconds of respected.
