The Red Bull Cape Town Man is a multi-disciplined extreme relay race that is set to take place in and around the city of Cape Town in mid-November 2005. The race will incorporate: Speed Kitesurfing, Adventure Biking, Mountain Running and Speed Paragliding. The race will be made up of 70 x 4-man teams who will compete against each other over a pre-defined course that covers the natural and manmade elements of the city. The course has been designed to challenge the teams’ physical and mental abilities.
