North heeft pigtails aan voorkant kite korter gemaakt dan de achterste, dit om de rek van de voorlijnen op te vangen. Maar dit blijkt nu niet nodig te zijn om dat lijnen niet rekken. Aangeraden wordt om voor + 7.5cm te verlengen of .. achter te verkorten om outerlijnen aan bar.
North made the R6s with short front pigtails to accomodate line stretch on the bar. This was a mistake, because the new bar and lines don"t stretch like the 05 bar and lines did.
We fly our R6s using equal line length when set at full power. Then we take the extra pigtails hidden in the wing tip pocket and extend the front pigtails using them. You want to extend the front pigtails by about 75mm. You may have to add one knot to the pigtail so it extended by 75mm only. This will make 9,12,14m R6s fly perfect. The 16m flies OK without these extensions. You can try them on the 16, but I think they are not needed.
