Robby, I would love to. I don't know yet when I will be visiting, but I would love to kite in the Netherlands. My mother was from Haarlem and my father from Den Helder and I have been in Holland many, many times since I was a child, but to kite there would be awesome! Do you go to Cafe Brinkmann ever on the Grote Markt in Haarlem? I like that, and of course the market they have there with the Haaring. Lekker!
