Stolen: PL Phantom 18, Libre Board

Stolen from the trunk of my car at the car park of the beach of Brouwersdam/Zeeland on Monday 24.7.2006:

* Peter Lynn Phantom 18 plus backpack

* 50 cm Wipika Bar, HQ trapeze, set of lines (20 mtrs.)

* Libre Dragonboard Race 102

Here are some specifics on the kite:

It is colored yellow/black/white and repaired two times. The underside is taped with white tape in the middle of the sail, on the upperside you'll find a piece of black tape on the yellow section. The yellow part of the wing is a bit messy. The lines on the kite where you attach the flying lines have an extra-knot in the middle, and there are some Edding-marks on the outer knots. The bar is not the original Peter Lynn bar, but an old Wipika 50 cm bar. The board was an new Libre Dragonboard Race 102 which is colored green/yellow.

If you see the stuff or notice that someone wants to sell it, please inform me and the police (Renesse/Ouddorp).

That sucks hard.

It's not the first time that i heard that somethings stolen on the Beach of Brouwersdam.

A year ago , I kite at brouwersdam. A German dad with child walking around my kite and board. and took my board, Just for looking. They were looking around. And they saw that I was looking to them. And empty it. And walking very fast to there car.

Now i heard this. And thinks , Maybe its the same guy.

I hope for you that you get your stuff back.

And excuses for my bad English ( sucks to)

Your stuff will probably be in Germany by now! Post it on some German sites too. Good luck...

Damn, that just sucks!

Are you sure it wasn't the locals who hid your PL and board because they have a image to maintain?

Or maybe a cat came along and covered it up with sand?

Stealing A PL especially a 18 is just plain Stupid , nobody rides with those kites, perhaps 2 people at most in the whole netherlands.

But yeah, watch in germany for your kite to pop-up! In holland it will be to very easy to spot such a unique Kite
