19 and 20 januari 2017 we had a kite-school appointment (nummer of reservation 958, Star Surf School)) . We made the appointment for full six hours as was us promised very clearly, at a price of 120 euro. In the end we got only 5 hours, nearly 2 hours the first day and nearly 3 hours the second day (20/1) . We experienced later that de seller of the ticket told the kite-teacher that we had bought only 5 hours. A clear lie.
When we talked about this matter with the seller of the ticket at the end of the second day he said that he would give us 20 euro back but that he had no money at the selling point at the beach. We found it not very pleasant that he was rather rude and unpolite. He never give us the money back although it was clear that he had cash at his office because we see that he got money from new clients. We talked with him about our bad experience and asked him if he had any problems if we would put this on the internet. He said that he would not mind and that we can do this.
Please can you give us back our money.
