Where in the Netherlands are the biggest Waves for Kitesurfing?

Has someone an idea?

Please, no isle.. (won´t drive with a ferry)

Depends on what kind of waves you want. Most of the time we can't say the bigger the better, cause for example the waves in Zandvoort are really huge, but not that best.

I think the best waves in the uppercoast of NL are @ Wijk aan zee.
