Created by former Olympic skiing champion Scott Sanchez, the team's sole aim is to create a highly elevated group skill level to which Sanchez also brings his personal skills in the area of coaching.

It's a formula that's working pretty well in windsurf but we were surprised to see Nina Heiberg and Elliot Leboe also included in the team MPG rider list despite being conspicuously absent from the current kitesurf competition scene.
