Here you are a fully report on the Nord Est best spots of Brasil.
My trip began in Jericoacoara, an awesome village 300 km far from Fortaleza, the place is amazing, two only elements, the Ocean and the desert. Concerning the kite the spot is pretty radical in August, the wind average is about 30 knots. I would suggest to go there in Jenuary when the wind is not so strong. But also if you don’t kite every day it’s not a problem because Jeri is the paradise end you can just chill out for months there.
