I guess most people have heard of Cabarete in the Dominican Republic. There is also a hidden gem called Riviera Azul in Playa Dorada around 40 minutes to the west of Cabarete which kiters should try out. It has flat warm water, no need for wet suits !. It is a perfect spot for kiters of all levels.
