Ok for all you people out there that are bored and stuck in the office now you can see one of the more popular locations here in the UK - we zoom the video cam in and out depending on conditions and state of the tide - it should be refreshing every second - there's a static cam together with up to the minute wind / weather info as well the "Live" Streaming Cam -
The location is 100 kms south of London (60 miles) in between Brighton and Portsmouth - town called Worthing in the county of West Sussex - Nick Baker (windsurfer) comes from 5km down the road.
So apart from the WeatherCam on the above link, there's also actual weather updating every minute!
