Important notice: Tip collapsing on some early Venoms






We are aware that a number of Venoms produced in the first production batch (mainly V13) may be prone to tip collapsing in a very rare occasion. Despite randomly testing all sizes of this batch, unfortunately it appears that some kites with a small production error were sent out. Please note that it concerns only a limited number of kites.
Please be assured that meanwhile the cause of this production error has been identified and eliminated. We sincerely apologize to those unfortunate Venom users for any inconvenience caused by it.
Please check with your local distributor or dealer for the warranty procedure in such cases.

Niet alleen V13 hoor... Er staat voornamelijk, dus er zullen ook een paar andere maten zijn die het hebben.
