As an exchange student in Valencia for a year as part of the European university ERAMUS exchange programme, I realised very quickly that this was a perfect place for kitesurf, certainly during the summer season for those people not wanting / affording to go too far from home to find some cool sailing, not to mention Spain’s other social pluses…
