This is no joke - Toby, maybe make this "sticky" especially with the kite show coming up?
If you are in or going to Cabarete, please be aware that there is a scam / fraud going on in the casinos in Puerta Plata and everywhere in the DR. The scam is called "Super Keno" or "Caribbean Keno" and I was a victim last summer for a very large amount of money. For more information about the scam / fraud and how the game is played, please visit:

I am still disputing the charges I put on my credit card with the credit card company and the casino "owners" are trying to collect a marker from me that I will absolutely not pay.
This is just a warning to fellow kiters and anyone travelling to the DR. Please do not play this game.
