We just finished the final testing of the 14m & 20m Waroos and they are AWESOME! We are going to adjust our orders in China so that we can hopefully have them in stock within 4-6 weeks, just in time for the spring thaw!

If you"re not aware of why these kites are late compared to the rest of the Waroo line-up, it"s because a couple months ago our customers urged us to make a 14m & 20m Waroo and we listened!

The 20m is an awesome light wind kite, especially for big guys. It"s a no-brainer to go upwind and it"s fast and responsive, it feels like a 2005 15-16m kite in the way it turns and responds to rider input. Compared to other brands" 16m "bow" kites, it is faster and way more responsive. The bigger Waroos are really going to set the bar for the competition, they are really, really good. I had no trouble throwing kite loops on it and like all Waroos, it rides fast and builds power as you generate speed. Great for unhooked riding in light wind and it has amazingly floaty jumps, it feels like you"re flying you stay up there for so long.

In 10-12 knots, I was able to have a blast, fully powered on a Float 133. Kite loops, nice jumps and awesome unhooked stuff. (I"m 190lbs). In 18-22 knots, I was able to hold it down easy but in the gusts I was really overpowered, but I just let the bar out a little, and I was fine. I would have been more comfortable on the 14m in these winds for sure.

But the 20m is not just for big guys. Stacey rode it and was very comfortable on it and had a great time although she was more comfortable on the 14m Waroo in 10-12 knots as that"s really the biggest kite she needs. So if you"re smaller and like to be lit up in light wind, the 20m could be a good call for you.

The 14m is perfect and I think it will be our best selling size this year, so thank all of you who prompted us to make these sizes a few months ago, what a great call! And it"s so great to have such awesome feedback and suggestions from our loyal customers.

The 14m Waroo turns and feels like a much smaller kite. For those of you who fly other "bows" in the 12m size, you"ll find the 14m Waroo to be faster and way, way more responsive. It has awesome jumping ability and will be the "butter" size for most riders. That said, for me @ 190lbs, my quiver will still be the 9m, 12m & 16m, as those three sizes suit me best for the wind I ride in.

For someone who is a bit bigger, the 12, 16 & 20m might be a good call and for someone who is smaller, the 7m, 9m & 14m might be a good combo. I always recommend three Waroos for anyone. It"s safer and more fun that way, because even those these kites have amazing range and depowerablity, there are still gaps, but the gaps are more about comfort than anything.

All in all, the Waroos in all sizes simply rock! No one will be dissapointed in these kites, and in fact everyone who buys a quiver will have more fun kiting than they ever have before! Guaranteed!
