For the Tribal series, all new decorations and foot straps, except for the 173 which stays unchanged (apart from the foot straps) from the 2003 model.
New to the series, a 159 / 39cm version, a highly accessible board for beginners and for good skill level light weights.
Also a Tribal 159 / 42cm, designed for beginners and good skill level heavy weights

V-Flex
Lots of new features on the V-Flex series, not least a new skin (excellent!) that will be on all the 2004 models ! The details…
V-Flex 150: 150/39, new re-worked rail shape for improved edge holding, new fin positions, new ‘Shark Tooth’ fins, new adjustable straps.
V-Flex 140: 140/36, re-touched outline, new re-worked rail shape for improved edge holding, new ‘Shark Tooth’ fins, new adjustable straps.
V-Flex 135: 135/35. Brand New. CCV hull, deck shaped for upwind performance, optimisation of the board’s response by incorporating wooden strengtheners, 4 x Shark Tooth fins, adjustable foot straps, grab handle.
V-Flex 127: 127/34. Brand New. CCV hull, deck shaped for upwind performance, optimisation of board’s response by incorporating wooden strengtheners, 4 x Shark Tooth fins, adjustable foot straps, grab handle.
The manufacture is first class and refined giving extra boost for jumping by using one further wooden strengthener giving better response and pop from the board tips.
The first production models should be available from the end of October and Wave’s will be presenting the new boards at the Paris Boat Show.
