The Wind or No Wind is an event put together by top wakestyle riders in partnership with the world famous cablepark CWC in the Philippines. The concept is to combine kite / wake / skate, depending on conditions, to show that all these practices are complementary.
Or maybe it's just marketing , and this is really just a big bunch of friends who found a good reason to go take it easy in the Philippines! 🙂
