Fixtures and fitting very similar to 2004 some nice bar differences (ie the knuckle protector). and the inflation valves are of a better quality than 2004. The new material looks good and is up for the job. It has a slight sheen to it.....silky!! 
First thing I noticed once the kite was inflated was that the 3 main struts are thicker than 2004 (didn't notice this on the 9m) . Once aloft, the first thing you notice is the increased scalloping to the trailing edge.
On the water.... it started light and I had the 132 SX out, I could keep my ground but nothing better so I came in for the 139 SX and was then able to go upwind and soon found myself the only one upwind over on the sandbar.
The kite has more power than the 2004 that is for sure and also pushes further to the edge of the window, hence the better upwind performance...nice!! So the low end is improved, I had heard that Slingshot had put a lot of work into tweaking the larger Fuels.
The wind started to increase and the 15m came alive, jumping has also been improved with excellent lift and better hangtime....you just float! the kite is rock solid as you'd expect from Slingshot. The wind kept on increasing and someone on the beach said it reached 24 knots! way too much for a fifteen but it still depowered enough to cope...just! I should have come in for the 11m but I've got a dodgy rib at the moment so enough was enough.
