Alle die noch am King of the Air teilnehmen wollen und mehr Zeit für das Sammeln von geeignetem Material benötigen haben noch bis 11. Dezember Zeit um Material zu sammeln.
“The extension has been made necessary due to the prevailing weather conditions,” said Sportive Director Sergio Cantagalli. “We like to give locals the chance to properly perform and enter the event,” he said.
According to Cantagalli many professional kiters are using the SA platform for their ‘winter’ training and this has in turn lifted the local level. “The level of riders has been improving technically in the last years,” he said. “Many of them are just awaiting for the Capetonian summer to kick-in a proper south-easter blast to start the battle and get some clips.”
“Extending until December 11th will give more chance to locals, those in Cape Town and everyone around the worl...the game is open to everyone!”
