FLASH AUSTIN JOINS WINDWING TEAM!
Windwing is pleased to announce the addition of kiteboarding pioneer and legend Flash Austin to the Windwing R&D and Pro Rider teams.
Windwing kite designer Bill Hansen and Austin are far from strangers. The two previously joined forces (under another brand name) on a project that yielded incredible results. "The last time they worked together Flash ended up winning the Red Bull hang-time contest," said Windwing team manager Bob Wendler. "Now the future is wide open -- there's no telling what these guys can do. It's definitely one of the best R&D matchups in the industry."
