DR and DA Hood!
I was in Cabarete about a week before the event, the first few days were stormy and raining with thunder and lightning. A few days later it all cleared up and got back to the usual DR pattern. I kited a lot mostly on my 12 hitting the small kickers at Bozo beach getting ready for the event.
