Important Core Sensor Bar Product Improvement for Safety Matters
CORE has found out in longterm testing that the safety system of the
sensor bar may not function reliably after a long time of use and
excessive wear due to the release pin which may have unevenness.
As we never compromise safety

WE RECALL ALL SENSOR BARS TO GET A SAFETY UPDATE.
========================================================================
Although we only observed the problem in individual cases after high
wear it is absolutely necessary
1. to have the safety update done immediately at our workshop and
2. to use the bar only after the improvement.
What are we going to do at the safety improvement?
========================================================================
1. The release pin and the chicken loop will be replaced.
2. As the possible defect on the release pin is difficult to see,
all bars have to be returned to CORE.
Who carries out the safety update?
========================================================================
The safety update can only be carried out by CORE on Fehmarn. Your
dealer can send us your bar or we collect the bar from your home or
your workplace by parcel service.

After receiving your bar the turnaround will take about 3 days.
