Jose Luis Ciriaco is probably the most undervalued kiteboarding talent in Cabarete.
Jose Luis was the first "KID" learning how to kite, he must of been around 11 years old when he started around 2002, we nick named him mini Wilson. He used to shred it all up on his Windtool 4M.
