Andy van www.kitesurfing-freak.com had een mail gestuurd naar Mark Shinn metde vraag wat deverschillen zijn tussen de X2 en X3 omdat er zo weinig verschil te zien was.Hij kreeg dit als antwoord:

The X3 is a super developed X2. There is no need to design a completely new kite when you already have the best kite on the market! The main differences are in the range of the kite. The bigger sizes are delivering more power to help you get going earlier and all the sizes have more depower range in the bar. This is made possible by the new construction used on the strut connections.
The other features are improved stability, faster turning, improved relaunch, more durability.
All in all it is a seriously good kite, you will love it!
