if you click on www.kiteforum.com and have a look at the navigation the the left, you will see a new feature on this site - the "Support" forum (4th from top)!
These forums should be used if you have specific questions a bout a product and wish some answer from the brands or their affiliates directly.
You can ask about any problem or give the brands some tips etc.
The support forums should also be used from the brands to post important infos and tips & ticks.
They can post tour dates as well, where you can test their gear and get more infos about their products.
I hope that these forums will help for an outstanding customer service and give the companies a good and productive feedback.
The initial posts and the replies have to be done as registered users.
Postings which are anything else than questions and answers and only posted to cause trouble, will immediately be deleted.
Disucssions can be done in the main forum, the support forums are only for support!
