The Access XC is also sold as an optional extra with the ACCESS XC Snowkite Harness. This comfortable harness, designed like a rock climbing harness, will not ride up.
Choose either the D-Ring Hook or the XC harness with a spreader pad and hook, new for 09.
Frenzy FYX.
The designers at Ozone have spent over the last year developing what we believe is the best to date; the design is based upon the Manta II and features the double pulley speed system. With this working in harmony with the bridle, canopy and profile, Robbie really has hit the magic button with this one.
The turning speed, stability and low end power is insane and coupled with the new control system the benchmark has just been raised beyond belief.
The new control system is so good that Ozone has taken out a patent to protect its design, the backpack has also had a revamp and after listening to the riders now includes a board carrying system and a large outer pocket for everything else you may need on your adventures.

Since the Manta made its first showing 2 seasons ago, it has taken the kiting world by storm, from snow kiters to land boarders to freestyle Kite buggier this kite says it all,
Unlike the Frenzy it does not have the low down grunt and need to be actively flown by the rider to gain speed to get the performance out of the kite which is why it is a high performance kite designed for riders that know how to kite.
For 09 Robbie has worked hard in a new trim for the kite boosting its performance for those that can handle it.
The kite comes with the new control system and freshly designed back pack.

“The Manta II I am happy to say is a lighter faster handling kite with dynamic pop and amazing de-power. The two pulley speed system reduces bar pressure tremendously and allows the kite to fly faster while retaining stability throughout the wind range. Because the handling is faster it is easy to pop and the high performance profile keeps you up there for a long time. In light wind you have to work the kite to gain speed but once you feel it power up it just keeps pulling progressively.
In really light wind sub 6 knots I like to pull the trimmer on about 5 cm just to help the kite fly faster making it easier to keep in the air. In stronger wind the kite just powers up and is super fun to ride. When Chasta is riding unhooked he likes to pull on about 5cm of trim, this gives him optimum power and control for new school freestyle moves....Enjoy, Robbieâ€

So there you have it, a little taste of what’s on the way from Ozone for 09, with new kites, new control system, new bar ends and all bars now being 54 cm (load tested at the factory) there is certainly much excitement being felt by us all, and the new colours schemes available across Access, FYX and Manta range are pretty damn sweet, and the abilty to get custom colours and designs on all ozone kites really sets them apart from others.
