How to get there :
Podersdorf is located 70 kilometers from Vienna. At the Vienna Airport we have organised a pick up service for the sailors free of charge 2 days before the contest and one day after the event. Please give us your flight details 2 days in advance to [email protected] .
From Vienna, you take the A4 highway to Budapest. At the exit Weiden/Gols you leave the highway and you follow the signs to Podersdorf.
Accommodations : Accommodation will range from $18 per night shared accommodation in a private house, to $45 for a hotel. All rooms are in walking distance to the event site. Bookings can be done under [email protected] We recommend to do this urgently because Podersdorf will be fully booked during the contest.
Water conditions: The Lake Neusiedl is very shallow and therefore there is only choppy water. The temperature of the lake varies within few days from 10 to 20° Celcius. There cold be extreme temperatures from 4° to 22° within the duration of the event
