Eric Carrière alias Kazimir, rep. for Fanatic Kiteboards and North Kiteboarding in France, set up a new record in speed kiting. Armed with a Fanatic Raptor 130, a 10.0 North Rhino2 and regular kitelines (27m) he blasted along the coast of Leucate/France powered by winds of 25 to 35 knots. The radar gun measured the suicidal speed of 44mph / 38,3 knots. He said he even wasn’t going on the edge… We are curiously waiting for what comes next …!
